Before checking in, I called and asked and was told that there were only rooms on the 3rd floor. When I booked through Traveloka at a cheaper price, they gave me a room on the ground floor that, when you open the door to the accommodation area, is a bedroom. There is no privacy (like a room at a 3-way intersection). Plus, the room was left open, like the staff were using it themselves when they went to the toilet.

There are free coffee facilities (in the morning). The location is not too far from the Rayong Football Stadium, so I wasn't in a hurry to go to the stadium when I saw the AFF U-23 Cup match. The reception staff are also friendly
