The staffs are friendly and funny, they gave us some advice for us (the best places to go and the best time to leave to catch the flight). The deluxe room is so great with the 360-degree-kind-of-view. The hotel is so strategic and located near the pratunam market. What a great experience!

This was a terrible experience. The hotel location was very difficult to find because it was in a small alley. When we arrived, the staff sold us to another hotel. The walkway was very messy and the room was small. And this is a hotel near the market so the hygiene here is not clean 🙃🙃🙃

The location is really good, in the middle of Pratunam so it's easy to go anywhere. The room is standard for that price, the cleanliness is also standard. The service is okay, there are some who take turns guarding. So far so good. If I go to BKK again, I might come back here because the location is in the middle of the market.

Inside the room found some baby cockroaches, so we did not feel comfortable, the television only produced sound, no picture, already reported to the staff, no response. The sound from outside the room was heard into the room, where many guests could not speak softly at the hours when other guests were resting.

Booked 2 rooms at the same price but the room had a refrigerator but the room did not have one. The blanket had stains and asked to change it but they said there were no blankets left to change, only bed sheets 🙂 the whole hotel but asked to change the blanket but they said there were none

We had a disappointing experience with the staff. On our last day, they unexpectedly asked us to pay extra charges for drinking the mineral water inside the fridge, claiming it was stated in the contract. However, no one explained the rules and regulations to us beforehand. They mentioned that only the water on the table was complimentary, but the mineral water in question was something we had placed in the fridge ourselves. It felt like a scam, and the staff, particularly the Filipino employees, did not even apologize for the misunderstanding. When I showed the app rules and regulations, there was no mention of this policy in the contract. Although we paid the charges, the staff's rude tone and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. A simple apology would have gone a long way. About the rooms: The rooms are quite small, and there is an issue with the shower room. The water doesn't drain properly, leaving it stagnant instead of flowing out after use.

The room is completely different to pictures uploaded. Too small, less convenience. Besides, it's quite hard to find the location of hotel. I can see some cockroach in my room, that's so terrible.
