De Lux Bangkok Hotel

Already taken for 2 people, suddenly when checking in was told to upgrade the room for 3 people. Because the one for 2 people was said to be full, and was told to add 2,200 baht which means more than 1 million.

Good Hotel Location, lots of shopping and culinary places, also not far from Big C, Platinum, etc. There are 3 rooms that I got, room 82 below near the lobby, very noisy, only a little quiet during the day. Starting from dawn, the male and hairless employee / receptionist, is very noisy unloading and moving boxes, not friendly either, like a security guard. Room 8111 is very noisy by the sound of the elevator machine when moving, even though the room is actually good, spacious and can rest peacefully. I don't know about Room 1 again, but there were no complaints from my friends. All the receptionist staff are friendly, warm, and respond very well, only 1 person above needs to be trained to be like the other receptionists. The cleanliness of the room is also good, clean. The bathroom is also clean, it is impossible to clean it all the time, but it is cleaned every day. If you stay here, it is better not to have a room on the same floor as the lobby.

I booked for one night at standard room and it was terrible. The room was located exactly behind the front desk and did not sound proof so we could hear people chatting all the time, Really not recommend for light sleeper. However the location is great, close to pratunam night market.

The hotel location is very strategic. Price to value is good. You can consider here if you like to shop and eat.

Best service hotel in bangkok

Room 821 does not have an en-suite bathroom, you have to go outside to the public bathroom. Not good.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The hotel is located at a very busy area, basically in an alley-like road near Pratunam Market. You can find places to eat and shop with just a couple minute walk around. Even though busy, I didn't hear loud outside noises in the room. It's also <10 minute walk from the bus stop that'll take you to/from DMK Airport. And around a 20 minute walk to Centralworld Hotel/Big C Supermarket. It's accessible, you can get a tuktuk, bus, canal boat easily. The room itself looked to be quite old but clean. I got a hilariously massive bed (3 beds joined together), it could probably fit 5 people. Didn't get a kettle but they gave you water bottles. The bathroom is kind of small, but clean. My complaint is that I booked the Standard Room which I thought included inside bathroom. But upon check-in, they told me I would get a shared bathroom. So I had to pay an extra 500+ THB for an inside one. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a low budget stay that offers convenience. And better make sure what room facilities you'd get.

We're told that our room didn't get the private bathroom, but there's no information when we booked. Then the receptionist moved us to other hotel (de lavender, same company) by paying more. Service is so bad, we asked to change bath towels everyday but they didn't do it. The only plus point is the strategic location.

The best, near the market for Oleh Oleh, next time will definitely come back

The location is good, near Platinum, December, etc. Near sevel, lots of places to eat, 24 hours.
