The room is clean but not very soundproof. There is a shuttle service to the airport for 120 baht per room/trip. The entrance from the main road to the hotel is quite deep. There is no convenience store. If you want to eat something, ordering from Grab is more convenient.

The staff didn't allow me to check in before the Thai lady who clearly came after me, lying that she came first and we have to wait. When though we prepaid for the stay we still need to deposit 300b before getting the room. Why? The mattress was too hard and not comfy to sleep pn

I feel uncomfortable with the attitude of the cleaning staff. The shuttle staff is quite enthusiastic. Should improve the English skills of the staff, especially the receptionist. The hotel area is quite remote and quiet, with few entertainment and sightseeing areas. Reasonable price, good room, clean, almost no soundproofing.

This is the first time I came to Thailand for work so I found a hotel near the airport for convenience, the hotel is more than 30km from Banthat thong road (considered the hottest road today with many delicious dishes), my personal experience is that the room is just enough for sleeping, the room is small and stuffy, there is shower gel and shampoo, no toothbrush, no disposable toothpaste, the wifi is extremely weak, the road here is a bit deep and there are no amenities around. After I checked out, I went to the hotel restaurant to have breakfast and I discovered that I had left my gold ring on the table, I contacted the receptionist for support but she didn't care and called housekeeping to tell me to check it myself but when I got to the room, valuable things like gold and money (I intentionally left a few coins) were gone, only the toothbrush that I left behind had not been cleaned, the valuable things were taken away. I went down to ask the receptionist for support but her attitude was indifferent and uninterested. very very bad attitude, I don't understand why working in the service industry can have such a bad attitude, while doing makeup, pointing upstairs and telling the customer to go to the room to check and kept saying "NO NO" when I tried to explain to her and needed her help. Of course no one is responsible, and of course I have to pay the price for my absent-mindedness, I believe in karma and greedy people with dishonest personalities will not have good results. Ending the journey here, maybe I will not return to Thailand or if I do return, of course I will not support this hotel again. This is my personal experience and I want to share this incident for your reference, take good care of valuables because the hotel will not care about you.

The entrance is very bad. There is no shuttle bus. Travel is inconvenient. The male staff provides good service and smiles. Some of the female receptionists are not very good.

The hotel called a car for me. I paid 700 to Don Mueang Airport including the expressway fee. But they didn't communicate with the driver. Why would they charge me extra? It's terrible. The driver is not a taxi driver, but the hotel's car. If I miss my flight, will they take responsibility?

I went to the hotel and booked 2 rooms but only got 1 room. I asked the staff to cancel the room for me so I could book another room, but the staff did not agree and showed an attitude and cursed at me.

Advantages: spacious rooms The staff provides fast service. The location is close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. There is an airport shuttle service at a cheap price. Disadvantages - The rooms are not soundproof and the hotel lock is a key. It's not a key card. If anyone is not serious about this matter and is staying to travel to the airport, I recommend it.

Atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort are very good.

Booked a double bed but got a single bed. The service staff was not helpful. Not worth the price compared to other places.
