Pictures advertised and the real thing is completely wrong with the picture, the picture does not match the cover in the room a lot of dust When requesting to change a new room The new room has cockroaches, very dirty, can't stay at all. Have to book a room for another place instead Terrible, the hotel does not take any responsibility in any way, just act indifferent.

Very good The staff of the hotel are lovely, friendly. Personally, I would allow the trip to be clean, quiet and private. The room is spacious and the view is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. If coming to Surat Thani, it is recommended here.

The rooms are good in politics. The staff was smiling but asked the traveling and tourist information. They said they didn't know, never went, didn't know. We stayed for 2 nights. Asked every day about travel. The staff at the counter responded that they did not know. Never responded like this in every shift. And the peak that is more than that is to ask to charge the room with us at 9 pm, which we paid since 9 o'clock. Is this our fault? Instead of having the check completed before the 3rd night, we changed our mind to stay somewhere else.
