The service is average, not very impressive. Because when checking in, the staff did not know the information or did not have the information, so we called to check in chaotically. The room did not match the description. The room was 3 adults and 1 child, but got a twin bed, but still slept comfortably.

ที่พักที่นี่แบ่งเป็นตึกเก่าและตึกใหม่ การที่ลงรูปในการเลือกห้องพักไม่ตรงปก และไม่แจ้งว่าอยู่ตึกโซนไหน ตึกA คือตึกเก่า ควรมีการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ กระเบื้องเก่า สุขภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำเก่า แอร์เก่า ในห้องมีกลิ่นอัพมาก อาจจะเป็นท่อน้ำทิ้ง ก่อนที่จะพาลูกค้าเข้าห้องควรเช็คห้องให้เรียบร้อยก่อน พื้นยังเปียกแฉะอยู่เลยค่ะ พนักงานดูแลดีเปลี่ยนห้องให้ทันที อาหารพอใช้ได้ค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำโซนตึกใหม่ดี สะอาด

Never recommend this place. The breakfast was cold and nasty. The kitchen employee ( maybe the family member of the owner because the rest of their staffs were nice, but receptionist was horrible), he dared to ask my sister why she took too many slices of bread!! We cannot eat anything there!! Other than toast!! Find somewhere else to book the hotel! Traveloka charged too much with not honest reviews!! Disappointed!
