Superb hotel in Hatyai. Big room and very clean with great location. Near to 7eleven, kai tod decha muslim restaurant (just cross the road). They provide proper parking space. Will come here again soon. love it!

There is no tissue in the room. I called the hotel and they said I had to get it from the bathroom. It's only available in the bathroom. The breakfast is not good. There is only one dish to choose from. It's not a buffet where you can choose your food.

Room is OK. But quite far from center of town. Have to take tutu to center. Price of tutu not fixed, up to the driver have to bargain.

The bedroom is clean but the bathroom walls are dirty and most of the grout has black mold. The edges of the shower are yellow stains.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Leevana Hotel, Hatyai. My room was very spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several attractions. Popular spots like Dimsum Chabura and Kai Tod Decha are situated right in front of the hotel, making it easy to cross the road and enjoy them. Additionally, there is a 7-Eleven store right next to the hotel, offering convenient access for purchases at any time. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom tiles could be a bit slippery when wet. Despite the efforts of the housekeeping staff to mop and clean the area, the issue seemed to be related to the type of tile used. However, this did not pose a significant problem for me, as I took necessary precautions. Furthermore, the reception staff were exceptionally helpful, even accommodating our late-night check-in and offered to assist us to contact an ambulance during an emergency. Their professionalism and kindness made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Leevana Hotel. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you for the excellent service!

The check-in process is quick. Next to 7E. Ample parking. 24 hour security. Just not recommended for wheelchair users. There are many or those with knee problems. Because the lobby is on level G, you have to go up the stairs from LG. There is no excess lift from LG to G. The stairs can hold high. But the hotel, staff, everything is ok.

The hotel was really great, very clean, the staff so helpful, nearby to 7e, kaitod detcha and dimsum chatburi. But I forgot to take back the deposit from the hotel. How can I have it back.

Had issues with the access card. Had to change twice (to get the card activated). Booked a room with 3 single beds but was given a room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed.

Bilik bersih. Parking senang.. cuma kena naik turun tangga untuk ke receptionist.. time balik tiada bell boy untuk mengangkat barang.. hotel jauh 5.6km drp town.. tiada perkhidmatan sewa motor di area hotel.. kelengkapan peralatan mandian tidak di sedia kan.. extra bantal n lain-lain semua akn di cas. So far service drp hotel tip top

โรงแรมเป็นโรงแรมที่สวย ดูดี หรูหรา สะอาดดีค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด ขนาดเหมาะสมราคา แม่บ้านยิ้มแย้มอัธยาศัยดี ส่วนสิ่งที่ทางโรงแรมควรปรับปรุงมากๆ คือ ส่วนหน้าค่ะ พนักงานตอนรับ ( รอบเช้า ) ไม่มีการทักทายตั้งแต่เข้าพักจนเช็คเอาส์ คำว่าสวัสดีค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ ไม่มีเลย หน้าตาไม่ยิ้มแย้มไม่ต้อนรับ เดินผ่านหน้าทุกวันก็ไม่มีแม้จะทักทาย เช็คเอาส์ออก คำขอบคุณ หรือคำพูดอื่นไม่มีเลย ในตลอดระยะเวลาเข้าพัก จะบอกว่าส่วนหน้าเป็นด่านแรกและด้านสุดท้ายที่จะมีผลให้ลูกค้าพอใจกลับมาพักซ้ำหรือไม่ การเป็นพนักงานต้องรับที่มีสิ่งแรกคืการทักทายยิ้มแย้ม และการพูดจานะค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ

Very nice location, lots of car & motorbike parking lot. If the water shower strong enough and the security lock door was not alarmed because we have to shut the door very hard, I will surely give"Very Good". If coming again to Hatyai, either by car or motorbike, I will stay here again.
