the hotel is great, with big room, comfortable bed and located in a great location in Pratunam area but on the quiet side of the market. the staff were nice and helpful, also the room is spotlessly clean. had a very pleasant stay here. definitely will come back. delicious street food is everywhere.

The staff is friendly and nice. 10 to 15min walk to pratunam fraction mall. Hotel is okay. Just that the lift waiting quite long as only 1 lift.

We had pleasant stay here, from the first time we arrived until we checked out all staff were very warm and helpful, we would love to stay at this hotel again in the next future, thank you Metz Pratunam.

We have a nice jouney to Thailand. People in this country actually friendly, they always willing to help us whenever needed. But I do not like our room much because of too small. I am a seller, so I came to Thailand to pick up goods for my comercial but this room quiet small. Huhu.

Had an amazing 4-night stay at Metz, even though they're in an alley, it is strategic enough to stroll around (Close to 7/11, pratunam market, malls). They serve welcome and good-bye drinks, love that SOP. Room was clean and the staffs were lovely and helpful, literally all of them! Definitely will come back again.
