I stay nasa Bangkok very often I love this hotel but sometime my room other side it's so louder by train, car etc, I can't sleep at all sometime I just change room move to other side better

Hotel is too too old. All equipment is too old also. There’s bacteria smell in room Floor was covered by carpet, so it looks dirty

Accessable price and convenient. Fortunately, the airport was closed so I had to cross the road with suitcases (with out any pedestrian cross, quite dangerous).

Everything is good, but there is one thing we would like to recommend is the seating area for customers who come to wait for check-in or wait during check-out. There are not enough seats and there are only a few seats in the lobby that are used to welcome guests. I arrived at 10 am in the morning and had to check in at 2:00 pm sharp. In 4 hours, we did not have a seat. We had to go out and sit on the stairs of the hotel. It was not just me and my husband, but there were other customers as well. It was hot outside and it looked messy. I would like to recommend this place. The hotel room was clean and the price was good. Thank you. 🙏

The hotel staff is friendly, ask for more pillows and they give it to you, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator in the room which makes it easy to store food and drinks, the hotel is close to the train station, only the sound of the train can be heard from inside the room at all times. The rest is all okay, and will come back if I go to Bangkok.

The address in the booking and the street where the hotel is located do not match. Please fix this point, it would be great because when taking a taxi to go to the address in the booking, I couldn't find the hotel. Had to call to inquire to know that the hotel was in another location.

The location is very good. But the room around is noisy. Light in the corridor leading into the room Makes the room not as dark as it should be The staff cleans the room well. But when I come to do it, I never change the soap. But overall, everything is ok at this price. P.S. Last night seemed to be good, haha.

The shower is very high and the shower head cannot be adjusted. It's like being forced to wash your hair. The water spreads like it doesn't feel clean after taking a shower. 🥹

Hotel Strategis di pusat kota. Keluar hotel sudah escalator BTS jarak tempuh 20 menit dari/ke 5 stasiun pp airpott swarnabhumi 😍. Harga bersahabat kamar standart cukup luas Nyaman bersih Ac dingin. Recomemmed & worth it Best Rate Low Budget ✅️. All out Excellent services all crew hotel very nice & Helpful. ⭐️ Saran Lighting boleh kasih lebih terang & sediakan welcome drink untuk para tamu ♥️

Counter staff The service was not impressive at all. This is what the hotel looks like. I've only seen it like this once. Etiquette for speaking and helping customers. You cannot use the word "no" to customers. You must listen to the reasons and results of customers first. You should increase your training. Give more to the employees.
