Seem like you didn’t care our concerns!! This is my third time for warning you about cockroach problem. I didn’t pay for living with cockroaches. You have no responsibility for cockroach removal program. Just cleaning can not remove them. Please call the professional immediately!!

The room is clean and comfortable. It smells good. The view is okay. But the bathroom light is flickering like a pub. We paid for an additional person but got only a towel and a bottle of water. There was no extra bed. We asked for an additional blanket but they didn't give it to us. I'm annoyed. How can three people cover themselves with a blanket? My friend slept on the sofa and used a towel to cover herself. It was very pitiful. The air conditioner was also down. Please consider and try to improve it.

The room looks good, the bed is soft. Everything is good. There is sometimes noise from the road, but it's not that annoying. And it's a shame that our room has a mirror on the door. When I put on makeup, I look in the mirror and there's almost no light.

The room is very clean. The room looks new, looks ok. I've stayed here 3 times already. It's just a bit too deep and when I stay, I often have problems with the bathroom. Things in the bathroom are often broken, but there is no problem in using it.

Terrible, the wall does not soundproof, the next room talks until 4 am, loud noise, can't sleep, the sound of the air conditioner, the refrigerator is very old, loud all night, the more you can't sleep, very bad.
