Staff totally unfriendly and unclear sentiment with us. We add more people in the room, we pay the extra charge. But they didn't give us extra water or extra towel. So far from train station or bus station.

This is a really nice hotel, very modern, but it's a bit far to walk to Pratunam Market, I'm sweating every day 😂 but I admit the room is really nice, but when I was about to check out, there was someone in front of the room who was trying to open the door, so I was really scared.

Stay 5 nights. 1 day the water didn't work. So all the guests got angry and chose to move rooms, there was no solution at all, we were just told to wait for repairs. There is no compensation whatsoever.

The staff were old with limited English skills, but were still willing to help, including giving permission to leave suitcases before check-in time. It is very helpful to get a vehicle that takes you to the airport at a competitive price. Hotel conditions are in accordance with the rates.

The hotel is very close to the market. Beds are comfortable, TV is good and has many channels, and can watch netflix. But the room is a little dusty in certain corners. Maybe it can be considered for cleanliness. Thank You.

Untuk kamar lumayan besar … ada bedtube juga 😍. Csnya ramah-ramah. Bisa titip barang juga di lobby. Ada timbangan juga. Service oke … seputaran hotel banyak tempat makan dan tempat pijit. Ke pratunam market jln kaki 10menit mungkin yah. Akses kendaraan sampai depan hotel … mines kasurnya ngk enak buat tidur. Keras banget.

Overall pratunam city in 4/10. Receptionist not friendly and don't act hospitality manner. The housekeeping staff its OK but they didn't speak english so hard to communicate with them.

Hotelnya nyaman banget selama 3 malam di sini. Deket kemana-mana juga dan ada timbangan untuk koper. Minusnya cuma lama pas check in karena kita harus nunggu untuk dia bersih-bersihin kamar. Oiya di sini juga ada deposit 200 baht ya.

This hotel is quite far from the Pratunam market if we walk, so we often take a tuktuk … For the room is clean, only incomplete toiletries (no toothbrush and shower cap) and last my review, the hotel is a bit scary ….
