The staff are very nice. The pool has 2 pools. There will be down tours throughout. Staff are arranged around the pool to reduce noise. Breakfast is always filled. Impressed.

The most disappointing thing is that my family was fined 5000 baht for smoking in the room, but I confirm that my relatives smoked in the balcony, and did not step into the room while there was smoke. So smoking in the balcony is still fined, not just in the room. And the receptionist was very unpleasant. Other than those two things, the hotel is very good.
