We stayed 4 nights. The hotel was perfect for this stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again and highly recommend this hotel. It was in a great location and breakfast was fantastic.

Early in the morning of Friday, April 11, 2025, the emergency alarm has been ringing since morning without any explanation as to whether it was an accident or not. I had to walk down 19 floors with fears and found that silly someone had pulled the alarm light. Before walking down, I tried to contact the reception but could not. It was a nightmare experience for my staycation. Finally, I checked out at 7:00 a. M. In the morning.

Location was good, short distance from bts. Room soundproof was poor. Can hear people talking outside my room. Rubbish was left outside my room. Need to inform reception to clear. One of the early morning reception call afew times saying my taxi was here but I did not book any and I was deep in sleep.
