Very good value. Only bad thing is people moving all the night their iron chair(Wood chairs would be much better for everybody)...they just don't care if it's annoying for people sleeping under their room..

Quiet, good bedding, clean. I enjoyed downstairs, with many places to sit and a small restaurant. Great place to take a rest in Asia.

The staff are friendly and helpful. All the communal areas were spotlessly clean with an interesting array of artefacts and photos. My room was comfy, very clean and light. I like the white cotton bed linen. I had a small balcony. The shower was good and hot, again with towels. There is a cafe at the back. Also a fitness room and car park. I will use this hotel again when in Khorat. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls, cafe and convenience stores close by. The guesthouse is central situated. It's an easy 5 minute walk from bus terminal 1. From there you can get a songtaew to Terminal 2. Yellow songtaew 1 goes to and from the train station.

In this price range you cannot find a better hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and all around places to eat.
