I got a very small room, the air conditioner was so old that it couldn't put out cooling, after I complained, they told me we would change you a room for an additional 260 baht per night, the new room is bigger and the air conditioner is modern and better, but even though the room is on the fifth floor, the noise of the music and bands is unbearable, until It 's 3:30 in the morning and only then did the music stop, which I complained to the reception, they said all the rooms are the same, did I enjoy this hotel? Definitely not.

very strategic location in khaosan road but at night a little bit noisy cause crowded with live music. hot water at toilet was not work properly

Good location. Close to street food and bars. But the door key is hard to open. The socket can't be used.

Receptionist was just like that without smile like standard hotel hospitality. Room is ok, was not completely clean and neat as photo shown. Hotel is in front of crowd. Nearest BTS is about 5km.
