The staff speak nice and cute. Everyone is polite. But! There is a shock. The first image when opening the door of the room is The edge of the towel is frayed. Otherwise, the edge is torn and there is still a complete mess, the housekeeper should check before letting the customer ask if you dare to use it. So shocked! For the first time, this trip we Stayed at the hotel and saw this. and this hotel is the 4th The sheets are torn with holes, oh my god, and how did you find 10 baby cockroaches even though the room looked so clean? Hide under the fridge? This is the first day we met. Haven't bought anything to eat in the room!! I swear I don't lie I'm not sure if the room might be near the stairs because there's a trash can there, but anyway it would be great to use an insecticide father. Staying for several nights, the housekeeper came to change the cloth for me, which is the second picture. Is looking fresher, the towel looks new… In fact, the room looks clean. decorated ok quiet with good sleep MRT shuttle service is available. If the old one has stains, it should be thrown away now. If foreign tourists come to rest and find a check cloth like this. The school next to us has already taken a break, so it's comparable to you. Well, I really like the silence of your school. If you fix this point, it's great.

โรงแรมเข้าซอยมาหน่อย ไม่ไกลจาก MRT สุทธิสารเท่าไร แต่ดีที่โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งจาก MRT มาโรงแรมด้วย ก็ถือว่าโอเค ในราคาที่ไม่แพงมาก

Stayed here 3 times, the first round came back from Chiang Rai, got the 3rd floor, everything was ok, the bed and pillows, the second round on the 5th floor, felt the bed was hard, the 3rd round is that this time, got room 507, it's like the bed is very hard and the pillow. So hard that I can't lie down. I don't understand what's going on here. It's hard until the towel.. There's a golf cart here. There is a sign in front of the golf cart that says that we can run from 6:00 to 18:00, but it doesn't announce that. Closed on Sunday and that day (5 Dec. 64) did not take the car to go to use the golf cart service. The staff said that it was closed on Sunday. It's like Hello..have to walk out of the hotel with luggage..then have to fly on to Phuket..Enough...this time is the last time and will not use the service again...the staff's face too. Not welcoming guests..short hair staff

The rice dish that we haven't eaten is laid out since check-in. Confirm checkout There is no cleanliness of any kind. The bathroom has a bad smell.
