The staff are so nice, friendly, and helpful. The room facilities are just right. There is an elevator. Seven Eleven is just across from the hotel. Good location, good price 👍🏼

The room is good, but the female receptionist is really bad. You don't have any advice or even kind words to the customer. We pay for your stay, not stay for free if you're not willing to do service work or social work Better stop doing something else. Service etiquette is really important. Thank you.

ลืมเพาว์เวอร์แบ้งค์ไว้ติดต่อรร.แล้วก็ว่าจะส้งให้และให้ลงที่อยู่ในไลน์แต่พอส่งไปคือไม่อ่านไม่ตอบไลน์คือจะรับปากทำไม และคอมฯแอร์ดังมาก

Worst! Not recommendable! My shoes is gone, stolen from the inside and no idea how except someone has a key. They are not cleaning our room during our stay and one of the female receptionist is discourteous. Never again!

Hotel is good for the value of what I paid. Staffs, however, should have a training on proper customer service. One of the receptionist was rude and condescending. She won't even look at you and deal with your concerns impatiently.

It is a hotel that has been over-promoted. Just to close our eyes and still not dare to sleep at all. It's room 201 when we check-in. The staff asked us how many days we had booked, we replied that it was 2 days and then talked about whether we could accept reservations like this. Talked like the room was full and took some time to come to an agreement. Then the staff informed us that it was on the 2nd floor, and we started to think strangely. Only when we walk into the room we feel uncomfortable He should not do this to solve the problem, he should be responsible by refunding and booking another hotel nearby for the customer. Because we traveled from abroad and at that time we were very tired and wanted to close our eyes a bit to wait for a connecting flight back to other provinces. We felt very wrong in deciding to book this hotel. Because we think we just want to rest our eyes a bit before connecting the plane. We should probably book regular hotels that we use regularly. Didn't think it would be this bad, very disappointed.
