The stay was great but the bathroom drain was clogged in both bathroom and the toilet seat was lose but AC worked great. I didn’t like that they didn’t provide a microwave

The property is very centrally located, just a short walk to the City Pillar and central park. My room was very spacious, clean and had a great firm mattress. The bathroom was huge and the shower worked well providing hot water at a good pressure. The hotel does have a restaurant, but I did not eat there in the evenings. For breakfast there are a number of options. The "American Breakfast" was standard. The highlight for me was the friendly owner/manager, who was always there to greet me each morning. Nothing like starting the day in a good frame of mind. He provided generous help and assistance in organising a trip to the national park and other sites near the Laos border. What a star he is! I cannot find fault with this hotel and would definately stay here once more if I ever pass through Ubon again.

The bedsheets had black stains and blood spots. The blanket was extremely itchy, and the pillow was so soft that it gave me a sore neck. The furniture was covered in a thick layer of dust, as if it had never been cleaned. There wasn't even a bottle of drinking water available. I asked the male receptionist to go down to the counter to get it myself, as the housekeeping hadn't arrived yet.

The room is good, clean, complete with basic equipment, the bathroom is good, clean, the water is strong, but during our stay the weather was cold, so the hot water was not very warm. The bed, mattress, pillows, blankets were good. Traveling is considered convenient. Even if you don't have a car, it's a short walk from the main road. Finding something to eat is not too difficult. The price of booking together with the plane ticket through the app is considered a good price. Overall, very good.

เราไม่อยู่ห้อง แล้วเวลาประมาณเที่ยงวัน พนักงานโทรขึ้นมาเราไม่อยู่ห้องเลยไม่มีคนรับ แล้วให้แม่บ้านเปิดประตูเข้ามาในห้อง ของในห้อง โทรศัพท์3เครื่อง ชาร์จอยู่ ของมีค่า กำไลแขน อีก2 แหวนเพรชนิ้วชี้อีก1และของอีกมากมายเอกสารการทำงาน ทั้งหมด ทั้งที่คุณโทรเข้าห้องไม่ติด ก่อนเช็คอินเข้าห้อง เราก็ให้เบอร์มือถือคุณไว้ อล้วเราก็จองห้องต่อทาง ต่อตอน 10โมงของของวันที่ไม่อยู่ แต่พยักเลือกจะไม่โทรเข้ามือถือของเราและไม่ดูเอกสารการจอง เข้ามาเพิ่ม เราผิดที่ไม่ได้บอกโรงแรมไว้ แต่ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่ควรให้แม่บ้าน เปิดประตูเข้ามา แล้วแม่บ้านเห็นว่ามีของ แม่บ้านยังมาเก็บข้งในห้อง เปลี่ยนผ้าเอาน้ำให้ ทั้งที่เราพีกที่นั่นมา ประมาณ8วันไม่เคยให้มาทำความสะอาดเลย เพราะของมีค่ามันเยอะ เราก็กลัว วันที่แม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาด เราได้โทรไปด่าพนักงาน พนักงานอ้างแต่ว่าโทรเข้าห้องไม่มีครรับเลยให้แม่บ้านเข้าไป ซึ่งเป็นเวลา เที่ยงกว่า แม่บ้านเห็นของอยู่ก็ควรปิดประตูสิ ไม่ใช่เดินเข้าไป เราถามพนักงานว่าคุณรับผิดชอบไหวไหมถ้าของหายขึ้นมา พนักงานตอบกลับว่ารับไหวค่ะ เราก็ไม่อยากพูดหรือดูถูกอะไรต่อ ถ้า ที3 เบอร์ลูกค้าไม่จำเป็น ในการกรอกข้อมูลก็อย่าให้กรอกให้เปลืองหมึกปากาเลยค่ะ ประเด็นคือเราพักมา8วันไม่มีการค้างจ่ายค่าห้องสักวัน ค้างอยู่20บาทค่าน้ำแข็ง นี่แหละค่ะเหตุการณ์ เราอาจเล่าไม่หมด เพราะพนักงานมั่นใจมากบอกรับผิดชอบไหวค่ะ ส่วนแม่บ้านบอก พนักงานบอกให้เปิดเข้าไป พอถามแม่บ้านแม่บ้านบอกหนูก็ไม่กล้าเปิด ยาวมากค่ะเล่าได้เท่านี้ บอกเลย จะไม่ไปพักอีก ถ้าเราค้างจ้างว่าไปอีกอย่าง เราอาจหนีได้ แต่ไม่เคยค้างจ่ายพูดได้เต็มปากค่ะ

Staff was great, rooms not perfect, changed 2 rooms. First room was didn't have hot water. Second room had a bad smell in the bathroom, and moldy bathroom. The pictures aren't anything like the actual rooms, on the 4th floor at least. Maybe the other floors are better.
