The hotel is clean and well-maintained with beautiful rooms. However, it wasn't clearly communicated beforehand that room cleaning and towel replacement are only done every 3 days. The path to bts phaya Thai is quite rough, with uneven stones that make it difficult to pull luggage. Wi-Fi works well, and the elevator is a bit small. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with many 7-Eleven stores nearby.

The room is clean and spacious but the elevator is too small and there is a smell everytime we enter the hotel lobby. Overall our stay were quite nice. Thank you!

Hai, I was stay there for about 4-5 days at 16-20 November 2024 and our exprience was terrible, first they not clean our room everyday, even we ask them they just tidy our room and not change the bedcover and the towel, they didn't give water everyday just one time on first day, even they give dispenser on the loby they didn't change the water so we can't even drink a glass of water, the staff very rude and not friendly. Overall we dissapointed, and they ask us not to put the aircon below 20 and treat us not to give back our deposit if we do that. Me and my friends are really dissapointed stay there.

The room smells musty. Room number 41. The shower water so slowly! Move to 42 still the same. But better. The lobby to the lift smells so bad. They must replace the carpet. Like the smell of dog pee.😒🥸😵💫.

The twin room Junior Suite just misses in many small ways and could be fantastic, rather it is frustrating.
Aircon in the master room leaked like a waterfall and soaked our clothes in the suitacase below.
Why weren't your clothes put away our stored at least on a luggage rack. the answer there is NO absolutely NO extraneous furniture.
1 two person sofa in a supposed 5 berth room.
2 only a stupid breakfast bar with stools the wrong height.
3 no bedside tables, lamps or power
4 no seats in the lounge, aside from previously mentioned sofa, cozy for 2
5 a kettle, no plates or cutlery, cups and no spoons, no bottle opener.
6 no welcome water, but bar and 7.11 close
7 WiFi worked
8 lift fit for 2 people and 2 bags, the room is on the seventh floor, so don't expect a lift anytime soon.
9 the rooftop is delightful, perfect to relax and cogitate. I liked it to escape the waterfall and find a seat
we booked for five, but the sofa is inadequate for five, front of house didn't seem to get we needed an extra towel and linen, but at this stage we gave up and just made do.
suitable 2 couples or 1 couple & 2 young children.
