Centrally located hotel No toothbrush or slippers in the room Room is cramped with no room to put luggage Equipment is not modern Air conditioner is old, very hot I asked for a towel but the staff did not give it to me because it was my check-out date Overall the price is quite high compared to the quality

I recently stayed at the Tori Crown Hotel in Bangkok and was thoroughly impressed with the experience! The hotel offers an unbeatable combination of affordability, convenience, and comfort." "The location is perfect for those looking to explore the city's nightlife, with the infamous Patong area just a short stroll away. You'll also find a 7-11 convenience store nearby, as well as a street food area within walking distance. "But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the female reception staff her name is "A". She were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable trip. They offered valuable advice and insights on exploring Thailand, and were always happy to help with any questions or concerns I had." For budget travelers, the Tori Crown Hotel is an absolute gem. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a affordable and convenient place to stay in Bangkok. Keep up the fantastic work, Tori Crown Hotel!

Good location. Within walking distance to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall and Tofu Skincare. Unfortunately the wifi was not very well on our floor. Limited bathroom facilities, no toothpaste, toothbrush, and handsoap. No electric kettle in the room. But there is hot water dispenser and free coffee in the lobby.

SO DIRTY. We paid 1.7 million per night for a toilet with a filter with other guests. Are you kidding me? Before going in, all the hair, empty tissue, empty soap. I totally don't recommend it. Please.

We booked a standard room with full amenities and windows, but upon check-in, the hotel assigned us a windowless room of about 10m2 with no walking space. The room was damp. Water was leaking all night. The towels were discolored. Sound insulation was poor. Being extremely disappointed, I requested a room change. The receptionist said they could arrange another room if we stayed longer, however, currently they only had rooms without attached bathrooms available. Since it was our first day in Bangkok and we were only staying for one night, we didn't want to make a big issue that would affect our trip. Absolutely will not return. The hotel location is close to BTS Phaya Thai station, however there are many better hotels nearby that people should consider instead.

I stayed here for 5 nights, at the beginning there was a deposit of 1000 baht. The cleanliness is good, the room is cleaned every day, the towels are also replaced with new ones. The location is very strategic, in front of the hotel there is a sevel and it is not noisy because it is not in the middle of the market. It's just that the lobby and the hallway area of the room don't smell so good, it would be better if you added room perfume.
