Nice & cozy hotel, good location but the lights are too dim. when I arrived the hotel , the receptionist was surprised that I booked my reservation from another website. she said all other websites are closed, so booking can only be via their website. check- out time too has been changed, it's 12:00noon, not longer 14:00, which was one of my main reasons. I had to check out before 12:00 & schedule another location for my business meeting😣😣 I think the agent should get to the hotel manager for full details.

The check-in staff were poor, sullen, stiff, do not care about customers / call for utensils. The staff spoke hard. Then ask for the service charge. Come to serve the utensils To the staff, free of charge We gave the trip a trip for us. But the speech should be more polite and pleasant to hear
