Booked through traveloka, room E1 The room is spacious The bathroom has cobwebs The bed is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on The refrigerator and tissue box, if they can be changed, it would be great because there is black mold...indicating uncleanness. Other than that, the environment is good, natural, beautiful, well decorated. I would like to give compliments Serious disadvantages I asked the restaurant to borrow 2 spoons and got the answer that they don't have any. Very confusing. The hotel is quite big. I asked to borrow only 2 spoons and got the answer from the staff that they don't have any. But it's okay. I ordered Pad See Ew with seafood to eat in the room. I asked for 2 spoons. I got the answer from the staff that they are plastic spoons and the food is in a box. I secretly thought to myself that I ordered food from the hotel and they put it in a box for the customer. The customer ordered food from the hotel, not from outside. The price is expensive and you get this kind of service. Very bad service....Please let the hotel manager know and improve this....

A bit too eclectic architecturally for my liking but still could be a pleasant place if wasn't so woefully understaffed. The rooms need renovated and the place desperately needs a deep deep clean. Also I wouldn't recommend the raft houses unless you like the sound of a diesel engine running all day long.

Book a room and check in. Receive the room keys. But the staff said that the cleaning is not finished So go out first Returning to unlock the room to stay. Meet anyone anywhere and don't know, staying in our room. Then ranting at me as if I were an attacker Even though there is our room, can it?

The place is very impressive. Great view room, delicious food. But the only thing is to book accommodation through the app room including breakfast But when checking in The receptionist told me that the room was booked without breakfast. So open to see in the booking information that booking the room to include breakfast. The staff said that they booked this price, not including breakfast. We confirm with the opening to see if the app includes breakfast. So the staff gave me a breakfast coupon. So I was not impressed with the service.

Accommodation Special decor every bedroom is very comfortable to have a walk very much inside. There is a swimming pool for children to play with. There are many ancient spots in the picture. Yoko's products are sold to Japan for sale.
