Airplane noise every 3 minutes exactly non stop. Hard to sleep too loud. Hair in the shower. Older hotel.

Hotel is very good,excellent location,good friendly services, good restaurants and nice beache.Plus many swimming pools ...best for the family with kids and pretty enjoable for adults!

It’s a nice family hotel with pools and slides for children .also sea that you can swim . The only problem is not enough sun beds for all

Amazing hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast is ace! Kids absolutely loved the pools and lazy river. Perfect hotel for kids.

I was not too happy with this stay. My 14 month old baby was playing by the pool, there was a shard of glass on the floor, I immediately removed him from the area as I did not feel it was safe enough for him. The kids club was the reason I booked the holiday, the staff were friendly in the kids club- however there was not much to do there. Both my children would not have been able to spend more than 30 minutes there as the limited activities would not keep them entertained. The lifts in the hotel were very fast to close and would notify if they were open with a sound or sometimes the light would not work, so we would have to wait quite some time. In the restaurant, the service was poor, whenever we ordered a kids meal, the adult meals would come first and the kids meal halfway through, which wasn’t great for 2 hungry children. It ruined meal times for us. On the 2nd night the room smelt like sewage, we could not understand why, we called concierge who arranged a technician to come and sort it out, this ruined our stay as the room smelt very bad. We could not open the balcony door to air the room out as it was not safe to do so with the kids. We were not offered a different room. The high chairs were dirty each time we ate for a meal, I wiped them down before putting my 14 month old in. I didn’t mind, but it would have been easier if they were clean. Whenever we asked for drinks with our meals as we were half board, the drinks would come at the end of our meal. Not happy.

The property was a new property, but done to a low standard. The room had a funny damp smell to it and I could see some mould coming in the corners. The shower bath tub every time you stepped in it it felt like it was going to break.

Great resort, the food options are ok, can be hard to get a sun lounger.

Was beautiful! Very kid friendly and adult friendly too. Only thing was the food was a bit repetitive

I was disappointed in general because the hotel was very noisy and crowded and mostly unorganised. You have to wait in long lines for breakfast and dinner. Water flow in the room was very poor hard to take a shower. It took 2 hours to check in. We checked in at 5 although check in should be at 3. The hotel was really nice before but i think they are taking people now over their capacity which makes it very hard to organise

This property is amazing if you have kids!! We were not expecting it to be so much fun. They have days packed with activities for children and toddlers. The best part is you don’t have to pay to participate. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They made us feel so welcome. My daughter loved the kids splash pad and the beach. Dining options are limited but the food at the buffet was great. Also the poolside cafe has a great variety of options! Parents can also enjoy the beachside infinity pool!!
