Front desk Manager is unprofessional. Service was bad!

An awesome hotel, great service, great food, great facilities and kind staff. Valet parking was excellent too. For me the only negative was the gym, very poor and too many machines

I did not enjoy my stay at this property. I expected a lot better quality of stay at a Sofitel. I was moved to three different rooms during my stay because the beds were so bad. I took pictures and videos of the mattresses and filed a formal complaint. The amenities are nice but the rooms are outdated, poor quality, and terrible beds.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and warmth. Hotel is great, though had some issues: breakfast area was crowded and the staff was unable to provide service, room had broken tap which was fixed when notified. Overall, had a good stay

Dated property and fittings. Slow elevators. Poor service - no one answers the phone and in room dining can take an hour. Shout out to the guy in the Millesime lounge for great service however.

Staff were friendly, good location and the shop was great.

The hotel served its purpose, could have been better. Also very windy on the pool level especially if dining outside due to private events inside the restaurant. Also position of the pool doesn't get too much sun during the day. Also some hotel website details don't match up to what they actually do in the hotel. ie: resturant open and close times

Great Flight and Hotel stay

Service and food offering was excellent. Loved the location and valet parking. Hotel rooms, pool area and restauraunts need a face lift as they are now tired.

Stayed at Sofitel Corniche for 10 days and then a further 4 days after a quick trip to Riyadh. The room for the first stay was on the 23rd floor, facing the sea and was spacious and well fit out. The room on the 10th floor for the 2nd stay (4 days) was smaller and had broken fridge but otherwise similar. Both rooms has extensive facilities (bath, shower, toilet, wardrobe and cupboard space, jug, etc The bed was very comfortable in both rooms. There are a variety of cafes and restaurants in the building and I think I tried all of them at various times. Breakfast on the Ground florr had an enormous selection catering for all types of diet. The Thai Restaurant was very good as was the poolside bar and food. If I go back to Abu Dhabi I would definitely stay here.

Very nice hotel with great pool and hit tub.

It was a good hotel to stay in but nothing remarkable. Staff were friendly and accomodating. However, rooms were on the smaller side.

Large and spacious room and bathroom. Located close to the corniche, if you can handle the heat, I walked to Abu Dhabi beach every morning (30 mins). The pool is nice, but be mindful it doesn’t have any sun - which can be great if you know the UAE heat. But some areas would be nice. There are shuttles that will take you to Corniche Beach, The Louvre and Yas Island. Overall, a nice stay.

Warm corridors, faulty bath fixtures. Furniture seen better days and staff who are incompetent. I fell down due to a faulty raised floor at breakfast and was never rectified. Have seen on my statement I was overcharged. Not happy.

Very good hotel. Quiet and reasonable. However, I noticed that corridors are not air conditioned. They were hot.

Great Hotel, Staff was Amazing , Henry from house keeping specifically was very helpfull, we forgot aome stuff in the room and he was very helpfull finding it and arranging for it.
