Two day stay and no service on room on second day. They said that they only service rooms every other day, but there was no notification of this. Room service did bring new towels when asked. Breakfast was terrible. $9 for a breakfast sandwich that consisted of a roll and an egg. The sausage that was supposed to included was missing. Never stay at an aloft hotel again

Mustaffa was the first person I noticed when walking in the door. We have stayed at this particular hotel three or four times over the last year and he has been the highlight of our trip every time! He remembers our names and always grace us with a smile his customer service is second to none! The rest of the staff at the hotel is amazing as well and we will continue to choose to stay at Aloft when we visit Mooresville.

We were on the first floor. The hall was very dark because there was a light out. When having breakfast, $ 7.00 stale cereal was available, but they were out of milk. Are you kidding me? The front desk gentleman was not friendly and never smiled. The floor rug, just passed the entrance was badly stained. If it’s supposed to look like that, to go along with the very weird design of the whole place, it’s not a good look. I won’t be back.

I live this place. As soon as you walk it has a great set up and a lovely dog named Spot. Spot was friendly with adults and the kids we actually had a chance to take him for a walk super fun. I hope he gets a good home. Also I love that you gave dogs a chance to find a family. I wish more hotels did that it always make you stand out.

Great hotel, close to everything the Lake Norman area has to offer and not a far drive to enjoy all of Charlotte! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was super clean!
