Great hotel if only they didn’t have the alarm all over the hotel and every rooms the entire morning on a sunday.
Alarms went off several time in the morning and woke us up. Being jet lag that wasn’t cool!!!

Gentlemen at the door downstairs were exceptional but as a platinum Amex holder I came 20 min prior to heck in and get didn’t have any room available and waited 2 hours. No upgrade. Front desk was rude just because of me being 33 but looking younger. Stayed there several times but a bit more disrespectful;

Lovely hotel. Surprise that there was not a coffee maker in the room given the price of the rental. Was also told that the spa opened up at 8 AM and went down there, but it turned out. It does not open till nine.
