I reserved a room for me and friend. I reserved online, and I checked in and they refused to give me my 1 bed room and made me pay the amount for a 2 bed room. I had to pay an extra $21. That's very rude and disrespectful

For an inexpensive motel, it was great! The diner next door was really good!

Way overpriced for what is was. Was safe and relatively clean but not nice or comfortable.

This property is located within walking distance to Memorial Stadium. The rooms have been completely renovated. No amenities, but very clean. The beds are small (full-size), but adequate. Only one problem. We were a group of three couples, and everyone paid a different price for their room. Guess that's all supply/demand related, but it didn't make me feel great - especially since I paid about $100 more per night than another member of our party.

Both rooms smelled like smoke. Updated but not clean. The one positive is it’s super close to memorial stadium to walk. We went to game then drove straight home, sacrificing money spent for 2 rooms.

Worst experience of my life. Our bed sheets and pillowcases were full of black stains and to make it worse as I was eating a ROACH crawled across the counter to join me. I spoke to the man behind the counter telling him I need to get my family out of here and he couldn’t even refund me my money. Needles to say we left that night and drove home. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Room was clean, if spartan; the only light is very bright overhead - no lamps. Only real problem I had was key card repeatedly would not activate - would only unlock the door after much trying. Room 101.

This is an older motel with recently remodeled rooms. No frills, just a basic room. Room was clean and comfort was great. Weekend nights were pretty noisy.

Rooms were updated, pleasantly surprised.

Would have liked a coffee maker in my room.

Old building with updates. Clean, comfortable beds. Thin scratchy towels. Appears to be family owned. Walking distance to IU Memorial Stadium. Would stay again when attending a football game.

It was pretty good for a one night stay.

Newly remodeled room was super clean. Don't let the exterior fool you rooms are really nice. Will stay here again.

Great location for football and basketball games. Room was fine for basic motel. Bed was comfortable which was a plus. I did request for no maid service with the manager who noted my room number and said he would take care of it - but came back to room in the evening and maid's came in which wasnt happy about.

A nice little Hotel at the outskirts of a city. Bus connections nearby. Everything was clean. A Kroger supermarket was not too far away (walkable distance). Of course the hotel does not offer any kind of breakfast/dining and no other amenities than bathroom&bed, but it is nice there.

Room was clean but I had a non smoking room on the first floor and it had cigarette odor. Front desk clerk was friendly.

Football weekend so price was a little high for the facilities but less expensive than similar motels

Although the exterior & lobby appears old and rundown, they put money into renovating the guest rooms. Everything was very clean and new! Very friendly checkin staff. Best price in town for HomeComing weekend at IU and I would definitely stay there again for a weekend.

There are no do not disturb signs for the doors . There isn’t an option to not have them come in your room for housekeeping if you are not in your room. We went to breakfast and came back to find them in our room .
