Warm pool and hot tub. Nice meeting room and staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Layout a little bizarre with the sink and fridge near a bed.

The staff is fantastic! I had to extend my stay, but being from Canada it was actually better for me cost wise to make a new booking through Expedia so technically I should have had to check out and check back in but the staff helped me out and made sure I stayed in my room and just extended my booking like I had extended with them. I didn't really have time to check out any of the amenities but just from the friendliness of the staff if I'm back in Concord I'll stay here.

The suite was really great- no mirror in the king room and bathroom you had to walk thru kids room so it wasn't quite convenient and you could hear everything in the hallway- people were loud and could hear people walking in their heels upstairs. I didn't sleep great but other than that it was a nice place .

A very friendly, affordable hotel. Very accomodating to our long 19 day stay.
Good full breakfasts.
Beware...if you are a rewards member, book directly thrpugh the hotel, not through a hotel middleman.

The staff while checking in were great. The room on the other hand was downright disgusting. There were cigarette burns, dirt and food all over the carpet, food or something smeared all over the place along with mold on the widow openings and stains all over the beds. I got this room for my family before my Mother's surgery and they had to check out two days early and find another hotel.

Arrived from Boston in Concord NH. International flight, thus long and very tired. It was a pitch black evening and Snow and Ice prevented me from driving home. Luckily an affordable, warm and clean room with a super comfortable bed and clean bed linen was available at this Inn. I booked it online and 10 minutes later I walked in. The receptionist was very kind and 2 minutes later I was in my room: safe and warm with a hot cup of tea from the receiption. So glad I decided to stay at this Inn.

From the moment I checked in, Ravi was a great help. He was very informative of the hotel, its services, and the area. I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable there, which is saying something because I am from South Texas and have never been so far from home before. I felt nothing but welcomed and satisfied with the quality of the room, the services provided, and the excellent customer service. The young lady with blonde hair and glasses was also very sweet and kind. She was very helpful and assisted me with the cold water station--by the way, wonderful touch! Ice water is provided 24/7. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice.
