The property was horrible cockroaches in the cabinets. Sheets and linen were dirty had air in them. Expedia shouldn't even offer this as a choice of rooms. Very disappointed.

NEGATIVE POINTS! I didn't really like the apartment I stayed in because the bathroom was dirty, the carpet on the floor wasn't pleasant, there was a piece of stained wood on the floor, the kitchen didn't have a sponge to wash the dishes, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in, and there was no parking, you had to pay for something that was already included. POSITIVE POINTS! Located in the central area of Miami with many things nearby, a calm and peaceful place by the sea.

This place is horrible. We got into our room and found out that our shower was not working so we told the front desk and they said they could not do anything. They gave us a number to the owner and it didn’t work. The place had ceiling leaks all over it and pets were in the hotel even though it said no pets allowed on the website. False advertising and terrible service I would recommend staying away from this place and I want my money back.

This place was dirty, disgusting
No AC until almost 9pm our room read 80 degrees and our windows were locked!
There was elderly about to passout from the heat in the lobby
No pillow cases
Stains on the sheet
Smelled lile mildew/mold
Hair all over the bathroom
Dirt everywhere
I booked on hotels.com expecting a hotel nowhere did it say i was leasing someones nasty condo until check in and you have to sign a wavier saying the 3rd party booking is liable.
Our stay was horrendous and will be our last night. Nothing was as advertised.
Reached out to Melissa the owner and never received a reply. Pictures couldnt be loaded.

Stayed 2 nights with my family. The lobby was under construction. We had to pay $35 each day for parking. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart they are very old. The room, kitchen,bathroom should be updated 5 years ago. The windows had gaps so we could hear the wind blowing. It’s a very nice location, large pool , very close to the beach.

If you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room this place is for you...rate is exceptional
room was a 7.. out of 10 for well-known travelers probably a 5.
I kind of expected more based on the location....let down there ... I was hoping for an 8.
Area is definitely a 10..
The rooms could use some cleaning up... But did have a full kitchen and the fridge and the shower which made my day. ... I would stay there again especially for the cost.. great trip..

The location is excellent. If you are looking for a place just to sleep without concern of the amenities, this is the perfect place. It is in an area with easy access to public transportation but the room was not like the pictures. The facilities are very old and the staff is not very friendly, except for the security guard. Also, the hallway smelled like marijuana all the time. Excellent area, but they should improve the facilities.
