The heater did not work it was freezing so we didnt really get to enjoy our stay

It was very quiet and well kept, me and my family loved it

In all my travels, this is the noisiest hotel. The walls are paper, thin. And throughout the front of the building in all the entryways, our kids running up and down the hallways, screaming and banging. I work nights and I sleep days and asked to be away from the noise as much as possible, but that made no difference. I stayed here once and that was the last time.

It was terrible!!!! Bugs! Dirty! No Towels! No Cleaning Service! Refrigerator, Microwave, nor TV worked! Very loud noise all through the night. We got no sleep for the hammering noise on the wall all night long. Will Never Stay Here Again!

Beach side of grounds was amazing. Beautiful, spotless, relaxing. Street side was average at best in condition and cleanliness. Rooms were average. A lot of paint overspray on every surface. No washcloths. Toilet paper despenser hard to get to. Lamp base was rusty. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, as was maintenance. Housekeeping opened the door without knocking.

Has cockroachs. Rooms are dirty

It was not that good as expected. It says kitchenette but was nothing there. I asked to front desk and they provided only one table spoon, fork and a knife. Terrible.

Only bedroom is good, other than that nothing is good. You would not get a towel. You need to go ask and collect, toilet is worse. No place to take a shower. Full of sand in the room. Only good thing is it’s almost on the beach, just come out of the room and you would find yourself on the beach.

Our room was extremely dirty. Rust and mold around bathtub. Had to ask front desk 3 times over 2 days before we could get toilet paper and clean towels. Walls had no decor and looked like a prison.

Great stay! We truly enjoyed it for the price.

We got a very nice beach front room with kitchenette and laundry, excellent for families with kids. The hotel seems to be old, but our room looked renovated.

Staff very nice but under staffed. nice location well situated. Lack of towels. General cleaning should be done often. Nice heated pool.comfy chairs and artificial lawn on the terrace was great. Access to the beach is great and calm atmosphere.

The staff was rude couldn’t even get towels for our room. Took them three hours to bring towels. Staff was rude to a man checking in that had reservation and said his was cancelled then said it wasn’t.

Never got to stay because they didn't have anything handicapped accessible and the lady I talked to was mean and didn't want to be accommodating

Toilet was clogged not long after we checked in. Called the front desk for help and never heard anything back. Called the next morning and still nothing. Tracked down a housekeeper but there was a language barrier. Had to go to front desk to try to get this sorted out. Was offered that we could use the office toilet, but seeing as I was paying for a room I’d kinda like to sue the one that I paid for.., Finally someone from maintenance came by and fixed the issue, but wouldn’t had been resolved had I not been proactive. Issue 2- only one set of towels for two people. Never resolved. Issue 3- 3 nights with zero housekeeeping. Bed was hard and pillows were cheap. Floor was dirty- serious grocery store feet from walking around the room.

The Chateau is an older, renovated hotel, making it an acceptable choice for a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff made our experience less than satisfactory. On late check-in, we were told that the room we had reserved with a king-size bed wasn't available. We accepted a room with two queen-size beds but found that one bed had several blood stains on the sheets, and the one we slept in had stains. The following day, we requested that the bed sheets be changed, and they only changed the bed with the blood-stained sheets. Additionally, they forgot to clean the room and left a trash bag inside the front door. There were a few bugs inside and outside our room, which wasn't surprising because the cleaning crew left dirty laundry and leftover food outside our room for two days. In summary, this wasn't the best hotel experience. The check-in staff was great, and the heated pool was nice, but the cleaning crew didn't do their job during our stay.

Where to even start with this terrible stay !! First we accidentally went to the wrong property and the clerk at that property guided us to the right place, with a warning..she said make sure you check your bedding and don't even bring in your luggage before you inspect the room. Her exacts words were "we locals call that place SH*^&&Y Chateau" Upon arrival we inspected everything, first off a crusty towel hung from the AC unit, second no towels were in the room, third the bedding was disgusting full of stains. We asked the staff to change our bedding and provide some clean amenities, they reluctantly complied only to come back to our room to a very mediocre clean job at best. The bedding was still stained and the toilet and shower still had remains, hairs of previous guests. We were only there for one night and it being late and we just wanted dinner we chose to ride it out. We went to dinner around 7-8pm, returned to the Hotel slept "with one eye open" and very uncomfortably, the only joy was the doors open listening to the ocean. With that said, the doors were open all night and various times throughout the night we could smell smoke, cigarettes or weed or whatever. Well to our surprise we awoke with a $250.00 smoking charge. What ??? Upon checking out we raised hell and obviously we did not smoke in our room, we were literally in it for a few hours. They would not take off the charge granted we asked for proof that they could not provide. DO NOT STAY HERE

Location- Perfect. Right next to beach. View - All rooms have a balcony facing beach. But some rooms have significantly better view. (201-203, 301-303,401-403 are some of them) Facilities- The warm water swimming pool was great. But the lights are out. Room - Not the best hotel room I’ve stayed. But fair to say it is clean and free from cockroaches. Service - Below zero. The front desk was fine. But didn’t receive any room service during our five nights stay even after multiple requests. They are significantly understaffed.
