Very nice hotel that has free breakfast. Clerk at the desk is super nice and very helpful. The room was updated and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Like that they have free breakfast. Also offer a shuttle service to downtown Nashville for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean.

Stay was fine. Hotel room, lobby, parking lot and breakfast area were more cramped than we expected for a hotel with a 9-star rating. Nothing wrong with the facility, but rating seems inflated.

From the moment checking the staff was simply amazing! Once we got into our room (family of 3) it was so small I felt claustrophobic! The bathroom sink was in the room and not the bathroom would was a major issue for privacy and convenience! The room was super clean but uncomfortable as far as space! The toliet leaked water from the seal in the floor but I used to a towel to cover it! The breakfast was good and full filling!

This hotel was exactly what previous reviews stated. Breakfast was great and nice variety to choose from. Bedding was clean and very comfortable also the pillows were soooooo comfortable. Never ran out of HOT water and AC worked great was nice and cold

We stayed for 4 days. The rooms were clean and nice. It’s 6 mins away from shopping and only 15 from Nashville. There’s a cute coffee shop in walking distance which was great. Loved it here!

Nice property. Near lots of things in Music Valley and easy to get to downtown. Some noisy activity in hallways were a distraction from 9 to 11 pm.

The room was clean except the tile in front of the door was greasy feeling and slippery. The bed was clean and comfy but the detergent they used for the sheets made me itch. The air conditioning was not very effective. It did not cool well and we slept hot half the night although the temperature was in the 50's
