Parking is included and closely located to the room. Quiet, even though they are in construction, it was quiet during sleep hours. They have a restaurant on the second floor, which is very convenient if you don’t feel like going out.

Only after arriving (and paying) did they mention major renovations going on all day long so the noise was crazy. There were also tools and construction debris lying around everywhere. They turned the water off during the stay which was supposed to only be for an hour and lasted several and then there was no pressure when it came back on so the toilet kept backing up. Finally, when we went to the pool, my daughter put her towel and shoes down and when she went back to get them they were INFESTED with cockroaches swarming all over. The response was “thanks for letting us know”.
Overall the place was very dated and needed a good Reno, so maybe things will turn around, but I was extremely disappointed.

The room was very clean and no funky smells at all. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows. Parking was easy, it was quite our whole stay. There’s a Walmart market right down the road. We were very pleased.

The property needs devotion the house keepers not cleaning the place property, that's the only thing but the place is nice for vacation hopefully renovation finished by next year 2025 because i plan to go back next year. Myrtle beach is very nice to go on vacation. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from.

I killed a roach in the room which made me not want to keep my bags in there and the furnishings is old the ceiling coming down in the kitchen area but i was OK i didn't sleep at all and check out before 7 30am

The stay was great. The hotel is updating. Granddaughters had a blast. Loved the pools. Would like more information on what’s around with the five coupon books. The room was ok. Needs new carpet, softer bed, new sliding door and curtains.

After selecting and staying at Compass Cove several times before, this visit was the worst.
The customer service is lousy, the employees were not concerned about any of the issues that I brought to their attention.
Main issue: Each room assignment, the room was dirty and not fit for occupancy. On the third assigned room, I settled and requested housekeeping services!
Check-in took approximately 45 minutes after returning to communicate the cleanliness of the assigned room.
After that,I asked for a complimentary breakfast ticket, no, booked via 3rd party. Let them handle the disgruntlement. Yes, that’s what was said.

I liked nothing about this property aside from the fact that it was empty for the off season. I disliked the overwhelming mildew smell of the room, the construction happening throughout the day, the powerwashing of the walls, doors and ceilings in the hallways making all the carpeting in the hallways wet. All in all probability of staying here again is minuscule

The place was more than I could have ever expected..23 pools on site, clean rooms, friendly people. They have a dining area you can also have cocktails...I can't say enough... Looking forward to my next trip back

My room 1st. had a leak coming from upstairs, and had to be moved. The the new room was nasty. The pictures were covered in mold, there was mold on the appliances. the shower curtain had a brown spot that looked like feces. the lamp shades had what looked like bug feces on them. Complained to hotel and they came in whipped off the curtain and spayed the room with air cleaner then left the hotel stated they had returned $50 to my account, but I would need to contact Hotels.com to receive it... Never got it (of course).
