Property was under construction which caused minor disruptions.

I love their breakfast. I even had 2 granddaughters join us and they were welcomed and allowed to join us for the breakfast. It was great.

Great location, clean and nice amenities. I would stay again!

The building was under construction which I did NOT know before I had booked it; there should have been a notice on the website and a reduced price. The room I had appeared to have been renovated and its condition was good with the bed and pillows being comfortable. However, charging $5 for bottled water in the fridge & on the counter is a bit ridiculus and there were no snacks in the room - for free or for purchase; that option costs an extra $20 per night. The location is right downtown with a view of the stadium and will a nice place to stay once the construction is completed.

Would have liked to be informed that they were under construction and the pool wasn’t available but overall good stay!

We had 4 rooms because it was a family gathering for Christmas. A little disappointed that the center was all tore up for construction and we didn't realize that until we checked in. I would not recommend ordering the pizza at the bar. We had 3 large pizzas and I have to say no one in our group liked the pizza.

Facility was completely under construction. We would have chosen another hotel at a much cheaper price had we known that the hotel was under construction. The reception the night before only had one waitress and they were out of most of the alcohol options. The beer they had was warm. Very disappointing.

The rooms were clean and very accommodating to our needs.

My family and I enjoyed our stay.

This property is currently under construction/renovation. The smell of glue/VOC fumes was high coming off the parking garage.

Great place to Stay

We booked a premium suite. This was supposed to be a sound proof room with premium linens and a snack service. The linens were what felt like a polyester blend, the snack service was not in the room, and we were woke up by jackhammers in the atrium both days. We were not informed of construction in the building until arrival, and after that, we were not told it would be active during the weekend. I’m very disappointed in our stay.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites Lincoln many times. Even with the current renovation under way, the service and amenities met and exceeded expectations. I can not wait to stay again to see the results of the renovation.

No problems or concerns.

Very friendly and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was stellar! The hot tub was not working which was super disappointing for the kids. Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Visited for the Nebraska football game. Great experience. The hotel offers a good free breakfast, drink tickets, and a great atmosphere at the bar & grill. Short walk to the stadium. The only thing somewhat disappointing was the fitness center. It was the size of a closet.

The lincoln location has recently updated thier rooms, which are very nice. The staff was pleasant. One complaint we had was there was too much chlorine in the pool and no ventilation. My 5 year old coughed for the day following our stay. I would recommend staying at embassy and booking through Expedia was easy and helpful!

We had an amazing time and everyone was so nice and courteous. We now have a new place to stay when we come back in 2025.

The staff did not refill breakfast items in a timely manner. There were a lot of high school students staying at the hotel, which is fine, but the hotel staff should be able to provide enough food for all guests. So disappointed when I was stuck eating plain oatmeal.

Wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy staying here
