The door to the bedroom didn't latch, the deadbolt on the main door to the hall was broken, the windows were covered with algae, and the grounds around the building were covered with trash and debris. There are also sketchy people that spend the entire day sitting in their cars in the parking lot with the driver door open until all hours of the night doing who knows what, but made the stay uneasy as we did not feel safe to leave our room.

We booked this hotel and when we got there they were overbooked. The staff at the checkout desk was extremely rude due to the amount of people that had booked rooms that were not available, although it was not our error.

Stay here because we had a cruise the next day. Would Not Stay here again. Run down. Breakfast was not good - just breakfast bars or a packaged muffin or yogurt in fridge. And that was put out sparingly. No coffee or juice to be seen. Also the pool look like no body takes care of it. Looked green

People smoke inside there, and “breakfast” is a joke — energy bars and black tea/coffee, that’s it. Service isn’t stellar, but sometimes you may get a smile. There is nothing “deluxe” about the room, but the basics are met, if you need a quick stay to sleep. Pool didn’t look appealing to go into, so can’t comment one way or the other. Served the purpose okay to lay the head down for a night in-between cruises.

The hotel is a dump dirty doors from every entrance and exit and not secure basically. No working doors dirty rooms no working pool dirty gym no breakfast as posted on website no security guard

Hotel is on the old side of things, hotel hallways were kinda dirty but room was clean. The bathroom has seen better days, the tub paint was peeling. Breakfast was no where in sight in the AM, should have gotten a cheaper hotel with no breakfast or more expensive with breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that my room heat pump malfunctioned. Management ignored my request for another room, REPAIR, or movement to another room. I even suggested some type of discount because of the fact that I had no heat and it was a very cool night. I was totally ignored. I made a call to corporate office to make a complaint about the experience and was told that it would be looked into.

Several things were broken, there were a lot of roaches, floors were dirty, did not provide breakfast as advertised, did not provide cookware as advertised and there was mold in the room.

Positives: It was a room. Some of it was clean. The staff was very friendly and sometimes helpful. Very quiet.
Areas of improvement: The dog pee in the middle of the room was a bad first impression. The bathroom door doesn't latch closed and the bathroom itself was dirty, and the room key cards don't work well. Breakfast was black coffee (no creamer) and one choice of prepackaged muffin. The outdoor pool was closed, which was a real bummer.
It took 3.5 hours, a phone call, and 2 trips to the front desk to get sheets for the sofa bed. I would say the staff is friendly, but not very helpful.
