woman working front desk at night was amazing! room was nice felt stale but we just stopped on our way passing through. no issues with room at all loved the space to eat and kitchen.
its very easy to miss the turn into the hotel was was annoying but parking was easy as it wasn’t a huge place and breakfast was very small just something’s you can grab on the way out like coffee and muffins.

I keep asking for the deposit refund receipt since before I check and when I checked out. She has a lot of reasoning and then I tried to call them and then she put me on hold for 10 minutes until I just hang up.

I understand sometimes you get what you pay for… but no ice machine, stains and rhinestones on bed comforter. The room smelled horrendous. There was roach traps throughout the room. If it wasn’t that I drove all day and already paid for it with the money that I had I would have left. I was exhausted and literally needed sleep.

Mattress was very hard unbearable, when I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged, it smelled very much of marijuana
I stayed because I had the reservation only.. then they told me there was a deposit and only with cash I would get it back when I left other wise it will take a few days. I wasn’t told that when I booked it.. disappointed..I will choose my hotels wisely next time . Thank you for the stay .

The room we had was not clean, there were huge stains all over the carpet. There were 2 lamps that did not work at all and the refrigerator in the room was full of rust on the outside.

The front desk employee looked like she had just woken up from a nap, she did not greet us, she barely even said anything during our interaction, she did not tell us where our room was. TV in room not working, room smelled like mold or musk, found old t-shirt under sink.

Booked last minute after leaving our first hotel due to being grossly misrepresented. The Marriot was great! Got us into a clean, comfortable room and even took our food order after the restaurant closed. Staff was very polite and friendly!
