I have stayed at a few extended stay hotels and ALWAYS dreaded it, so my expectations were not very high. However this hotel by far is a diamond in the rough. I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness of this hotel!! Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

I’ve stayed in nicer Extended stays for sure. The front desk clerk took a while to check us in. At first he asked if we would take a queen room. I explained that we had paid extra for a king and so he had to make a call. A king room was found. The room didn’t come with any cooking equipment, not even a coffee maker, you have to ask the front desk for those. The bed was comfortable but really shaky so if one person moved the whole bed moved.l and we are not big people. Breakfast was a joke, some instant oatmeal packets, granola bars, a Little Debbie type snacks. The price was good and the shower was hot. Overall it was okay but nothing amazing.

“Grab ‘n go” breakfast was poor. Other than little cupcake/muffins, oatmeal packets were available, but no raisins, brown sugar or milk to go with it. No place to sit.
If you want ice in your travel cup, you have to know to get it from your room’s refrigerator (it makes ice) before you leave the room.
The staff were very nice and helpful, though.

Both sides of the bed were caved in. No longer supported weight evenly. Had to sleep in the dead center of bed and not move or else you cave into the side toward the floor

Do not believe these high star ratings for this property. The rooms are disgusting, floors are stained and torn, all of the beds are stained and really horrible. There is mildew and mold, the ac/heat smells insanely putrid. When we arrived, there were around 20 guys hanging right out front drinking bottles of liquor and beer trying to hit on all the females and even younger ones. Hotel did nothing about this.
The hotel is extrememly noisy. You can hear road noise all night, the entrance doors sliding non stop all night, and the elevator. Add in a bunch of ghetto people treating it like their own home, this place is not for families, women, or everyday people.

We had a hard time finding the hotel. The room smelled bad, I think it was the carpet. The pillows were awful and way to small. If you have a king size bed you need to have king size pillows. No coffee pot in the room. The area was very confusing with the one way frontage roads. We stopped on our way to Houston, staying someplace different on our way back to Missouri.
