Great staff! They are so incredibly helpful. The made my stay there easy and pain- free! I’d like to single out Cassie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay there was pleasant with no problems. She is patient, kind and efficient. I will stay here again and again!

Area is okay. Hotel is kind of ran down with unpainted plaster on the walls, had at least 10 ladybugs in the window dead and alive. The window screen in my room was torn.
They say the lobby is locked during the night hours but wasent. The plastic corner wall protectors was falling off the wall. But it was a cheap hotel so i get what i paid for.

Dirty carpet garbage in the room under bed. bed not clean. Suppose to have free breakfast but thers no food. Just coffee. The whole Building are dirty carpet elevator lobby whollways smells oders. Im not recommended this pleace to anyone, Im not coming this place at all bad experience. Westing money. Not worth it.

The floors looked dirty. The ones in front of the elevator on the main floor were especially dirty, including food and drops of blood. I was also locked out of my room and had to wait roughly 30 mins before I was able to get in contact with someone. The room itself was okay. The TV remote didn’t work well, and it didn’t help that the battery cover was broken so the batteries kept trying to fall out.

There was hair in tub and on bed in drawers.
Had to get the plunger from the closet across the hall from my room plug my own toilet. No one came for housekeeping and had to go to front desk for toilet paper. Not happy

Kitchen sink had a drip that wouldn't stop. The carpet was moist and sticky. Our feets were constantly dirty from it. Cant forget the dog hair on the carpet too. Dogs barking in the middle of the night, which constantly woke us up. Our hall way smelled like weed the whole stay.

Bathroom door knob broken, no ice machine, no coffee maker in the room, no kitchenware in the kitchenette, towels dirty, used soap bar in the shower. The room smelt like BO when we came in initially and then upon returning from being away. Otherwise the beds are clean and the floors were clean.

There were roaches in the room, the place reaked of cigarettes in the rooms, the outlet covers were missing or broken. Wasnt even nice enough to take the town bike too.

The front desk receptionist cut me off everytime I spoke and tried to ask a question. I had to repeat my question multiple times because she didn’t shut up long enough to hear the question to answer it properly. The first room assigned to me the air didn’t work. The 2nd room the key card wouldn’t work I made 3 trips to the front desk before she came up to room and open the door herself. Then while sleeping I was bitten multiple times in my sleep that woke me up. Needless to say it was one of the worst stays I’ve had in a long time.
