Super nice hotel staff, especially the one help me to check in and bring my baggage’s to the room on 1/29.
He is polite and with great service! Reasonable price and Great location while your late night flight arrived at SFO and walking distance for food and restaurants.

First of all TV very limited channel and too blurry no Netflix or other platforms Elevator wasn't working so we had to take stairs to the 3rd floor toilet paper holder was not working and towels were old

It’s a family owned business, the person working at night was very accommodating and helpful. The price couldn’t be beat and the rims were large and very clean. I would definitely come back here again. Very close to the airport and the rental car return. A big win-win.

It was a good for a quick overnight stop near SFO, although further than it seemed on the map, about 15 minute cab ride, $36! The elevator was broken, had been for a couple of days. It was rather inconvenient with all our baggage to get to the 2nd floor. The night clerk was wonderful in helping us drag the bags up. The room was a good size and the bed comfy, just as we hoped for.
(We took Uber back to SFO the following am, $21.)

This is a beautiful hotel, it is spacious and comfortable. They are very meticulous on payment, will even send you messages to have a credit card ready or else they wont rent you the room. The elevator wasnt working when we checked in. They are very strict on time too.

This is my second time to stay here. Staff are very courteous, supportive and respectful. They clean the room and change beddings everyday as requested. Shopping centers are 7-10 minute walk away. Breakfast is excellent - buffet style and the restaurant is cozy and nicely arranged. Towels need to be upgraded. They are almost worn out. Generally the place is very good for the price you pay. I'll definitely stay again.

The concierge staff was very helpful & polite. Unfortunately the elevator were not working so our entry & exit procedure was not so great. Getting assistance up the stairs was helpful but doesn't exactly make up for it. A message warning us of this, even if it was an hour before our arrival would have helped.
The format of the hotel is interesting with an internal atrium. The location is convenient. It is a mediocre yet adequate accomodation.

Cockroach scuttling around in the bathroom when we arrived - yuck! Lots of noise outside in the morning; didn't look out the window to see the source but be aware this is a noisy urban environment.

The room was okay, price reasonable. The gentleman when we was helpful and great. The elevator wasn’t working, room on second floor, he offered to help with luggage. Shower was tricky because of handle going wrong direction. Shower didn’t have any pressure. Parking lot is confined and hard to navigate.
