We were there for one night to attend a memorial service. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly. Every part of the building we were in was clean. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of food to choose from.

It was a great option if you are visiting the Indy area and don't mind staying a little south. We moved here from a hotel in downtown Indy. It is much more family-friendly and convenient. Especially if you are traveling with little ones, you tend to carry many items in the car. If you stay in the city, the parking lot may not be easily accessible. So, for that reason, if you are traveling with family, I recommend this hotel. If you travel solo and want to stay very close to downtown Indianapolis, this is not your choice.

This place was great! My room was really clean and welcoming. Also want to say that even to extend my stay was no issue to them. The location was in a safe area, very quiet and clean.

Fire alarm in our room kept going off for atleast 30 minturr in the middle of the night . Staff admitted to not knowing what to do since there was no manager on staff. Never once did staff come to our room to verify there was no issue not did they check with us after the fire department did their walk through. And was told they had zero other rooms available.

Toilet wouldn’t flush at all and the heater in the room didn’t work. The room was freezing all night! Very uncomfortable!

Everything at the hotel was awesome except for our room. Room 230 is very loud from the highway traffic. We had to listen to car and truck traffic all night which made our stay a little rough.

The breakfasts were great, they varied items to keep it fresh. Also many choices.
We stayed 5 nights with room service every other day. They did NOT service our room on the 4th day which I was not happy about, no towels, making the bed or cleaning. We deserved the service regardless of the fact we were leaving the next day. I don’t fault the staff as much as a stupid decision by management. Back to Fairfield Inn next time we visit Indiana.
