Great accommodations, good location, safe, clean, friendly helpful staff, lots of choices for breakfast, everything was well beyond acceptable!

I stay here often it’s always a good experience

This is the 3rd time ive stayed in the last couple of months and this time was by far the worst. I will say that staff is very friendly and accomidating, however they asked what my service dog is trained to do at check in and by law they cant do that. I have her papers and her id which they didnt ask for. Next this is the second room i have had that had black mold in the shower. And last was the beds. I usually get a king bed when i travel alone however this time i got 2 queens as i had my friend with me. Never had an issue with the king beds but the queens first off were more like doubles and they were the most uncomfortable beds either one of us had ever slept in. Both of our bodies hurt so bad by the time we left it was hard to function. Also it had snowed and they never attempted to plow the parking lot or put sand or salt down so it was a skating rink and very dangerous.

The hotel Devore is out of date but it that was the ONLY negative

This is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. And the beds are comfortable. However for the price of the room i did not expect to find black mold in my shower. This is something that can easily be fixed if they are paying attention. I mentioned it to staff when i checked out and they said they will make a note of it and have it taken care of. Hopefully they do.

Staff was friendly . The breakfast was better than most hotels . We were able to use the large space by the Christmas tree to open our family presents. They disposed all the garbage.

This is a very nice hotel. Conveniently located, clean and quiet, well equipped. Their pet friendly option saved us when we didn’t have anyone to leave our cat with, so we took her with us. Thank you, Hampton Inn!!

Very efficient

Loved our stay had some issues. Toilet for no reason clogges they gave us a new room right away when not able to get unclogged with broken plunger. Bathroom door on new room would not close. Beds were comfortable, shower was good nice and hot. Hot tub could have been hotter but was still nice to sit in. Breakfast was feast. They had strawberry waffles, never seen those before. Overall was a good experience. Family all agreed we stay here again.

Very, very clean room. Happy with the room—plenty of heat on a cold Minnesota winter night. Nice big tv. Bed very comfortable. Nice employees. I would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional, coffee in the lobby was good, our room was nice and spacious, and the hotel in general was fantastic. My only feedback is to please upgrade mattresses - our mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. Thank you to everyone who works there for a very enjoyable stay (besides the bed)!

I love staying at this hotel. I have not had a bad experience. Room was spectacular. Someone is always at the desk to greet you. Very clean rooms we did have a whirlpool room which could have been cleaned a little better.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good except oatmeal was cool both days I had it. I guess if you want it hot oatmeal get it before 8:30. We had a large room, which was very nice. An easy chair would have been a good addition.
