Cause of pets the hotel has a smell in the hallway and elevator

The place is run down. Tiles in bathroom are not level. Needs remodeling. Screens are off the windows and laying on the ground. Wasn’t sure if the tub would crack open at any time when taking a shower.

The best part of our stay at the Hawthorn was the Pool and the hot tub. Location was convenient. The building was in need of maintenance. The elevator did not always work.
We expected a kitchen with proper facilities which was the bear minimum. We spend $45.00 to get some cutlery, pot to cook food in, preparation utensils, Water pitcher. The pillows were like concrete. We had to purchase two for ourselves to use while we were there.
No one every came to change the sheets or towels. We always had to go and ask for new towels. There was no detergent for the dishwasher. Not what we thought we were getting. The advertising of the Hawthorn is extremely incorrect. Don't stay on the 2nd floor. The people above us were like a continuous herd of Elephants. We mentioned it to the desk clerk, but nothing was done about. Several persons were running down the hallways like it was a dog run. This happened not at 3P.M. but at 10 and 11 P.M. at night!! It certainly wasn't worth the money we had to pay for it. We needed a kitchen because my husband is diabetic and you can't be certain about the food in the restaurants. Warn others about tthe Hawthorn please. Very disappointed.

Never stay at a Wyndham. We never will again. They refused to refund us our money after finding a mushroom growing out of the tub. It had been growing for so long that it had pored.
I will not book with Expedia again either as they were willing to allow me to go without a place to stay for my trip because they also tried to get Wyndham to refund us the money and couldn't.

The hotel was dirty. There was no blow dryer in the room it was broke off the wall, the fan in the bathroom screamed every time you turned the bathroom light on. The breakfast was brutal and the guy working the front desk at check out clearly didn't want to be there.

Unfortunately the room had issues. The floor was beyond dirty, the water in the shower would not shut off, the box spring in the bed was broken and we asked for room service and the room was not cleaned.
