The only real complaint that I had was, we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast too well because the heater was broken in the lobby, and it was quite cold.

Everybody was so helpful for us there. The room was very comfortable we slept very well and we did feel safe. I really like this place.

If there is going to be extensive construction, that should be communicated with guests. I would have chosen another property as I don't feel welcome or enjoy walking through construction zones. This was a business trip and was booked with a company card. My personal card (on file for incidentals) was charged instead of the business card so now I get to fill out a reimbursement form.

Nicely remodeled. Comfortable rooms. Secure parking. Requested service was slow at times. Convenient location - access to shopping, dining and I-40. Very close to Park and Ride location for Balloon Fiesta.

We checked in on Wednesday afternoon and did not have any housekeeping service until Sunday. We had to ask several time for things that wee needed--coffee, cups, dry towels, and body wash (which we never got). Our two trash cans ("junior suite" had only 2 in the entire suite) were overflowing. The walk-in shower is poorly designed--the water leaked out of the bottom of the doors and the result was water all over the bathroom floor, spreading out into the common area of the suite (hence the wet towels). In general, the staff was helpful, polite, and professional. However, we would probably not recommend to others and will not stay there again.

Didn’t know u had to pay for the breakfast… there was no one there and I already took out the breakfast… still paid for it.

When I booked the room I was not told the hotel was under renovations. parking was VERY limited and the environment in the halls and room was dirty, dusty, noisy. I was not even asked about my stay at checkout. When I tried to offer feedback I was ignored by the desk clerk.

Lots of construction in and outside of the hotel. Nowhere to park because the construction equipment takes up all of the parking spots. Had a room close to hwy and it was super noisy and loud. People and made-up front desk weren’t very friendly, probably because they had to listen to construction all day. Way overpriced for being in the middle of an upgrade.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Terrible stay. Hotel is located on a major freeway, very loud during the night. No amenities of any kind. Hotel was having major construction in the lobby, dust everywhere and crazy noise. Impossible to even relax. Service sucked. No body cares. I would not be back.
