Location of the property was good as it is close to many of the historic sites. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant, helpful and welcoming many thanks to Malak. The room was not as expected from a Hilton, crums all over the room and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. No one checked on us or the room from the time of check-in to check-out. Towels were never replaced and room was not cleaned during our stay.

Decent hotel, lobby and common areas are more modern than the rooms. Bed was comfortable, room a bit outdated and shower was not clean. Convenient to center city but not right in the chaos. Parking expensive

The bathrooms and the sleeping area are filthy. Housekeeping is not cleaning the rooms properly. We were switched to a different room because of the filth in the bathroom, and the room we moved to was just as bad. I will not be coming back.

Pool area and sauna is a disgrace. No towels, pool had hair and debris in the water. Kids were loud and disrespectful. I went late to avoid this and unfortunately couldn’t. Kids do not belong in these areas including the gym. No vending machines or ice machines on the floors. Frig in room didn’t work. Reception area a joke. Made unauthorized charges to my card. Doesn’t answer the front desk. Parking is way too much expensive. Will never come here again.

The pool was great. The kids loved it. The staff was helpful and efficient. The shower in the room was dirty with hair and other marks that needed to be cleaned. The floor was also dirty.
