Holiday Inn CLEVELAND-MAYFIELD, an IHG Hotel

I look for a "clean room/bathroom. Our room was a 5 star in this category.

Batroom needed updates but good other than that

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was awesome!!

I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant is excellent. Good food at good prices. Morning breakfast is a bit meh…but other than that would highly recommend.

This hotel was very well kept. The room smelled so clean and everything was just perfect.

Safe and clean, good gym facility and huge parking space and EV charging facility.

Property lives up to the brand's standard and our room was nice and clean. Service was attentive and friendly. Kudos to Gale, who got us some coffee when we arrived. Only downside was the "hot" breakfast, rather cold and scarce around 8 a.m. the first day. The restaurant seemed to be closed both times we walked by so not sure. A little disappointing. We will probably stay again, but just eat elsewhere.

Incredible staff, nice modern design. Unfortunately the room could have been better soundproofed. You can hear others clearly all times of day and night. Fine for a night or two, but not ideal. Additionally, the room was very clean, except for behind the night stands near the head of the bed. Happy to stay again for a brief visit for the right price. I’ve spent 20+ years traveling to Cleveland regularly and this is among the best values for money if you can catch the right price.

We loved our stay, very convenient location off highway and very clean. Bed was so comfortable I wanted to go buy one. Only negative was the restaurant which was not very good in our opinion

Friendly staff and clean room.

The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. So helpful and never acted like I was being a bother, even when I had a really dumb question.

Room was clean , comfortable . But the bathroom has zero room around the sink. Traveling with my wife and it’s impossible to unpack your toiletries. Also the bath tub drain was completely clogged. On the positive side, there s good Italian restaurant on the poroperty. Alfredo’s, I think .. good food, Drinks, and a tv at the bar.
