Love it!

Our stay was OK. We loved the location and amenities, but the room was not ready when we arrived. We did not get our keys until after 5pm. The cleaning staff left their stuff all over the room. When we were checking out the key stopped working so we couldn't get all our stuff went to the front office to get the key fixed and still didn't work. Had to wait for security to come open the door so we could get all our stuff out.

The workers were really nice

I really want to give them another try. But our first experience was not good. Immediately, after checking into the room as soon as we walk in, there’s a very strong musty smell. Also smelled of mothballs. We let our room air out. By the next day, it was gone. Then our second night there we had a very large party right above us. The area we stayed in is allotted for six people. I would guess we had 20 to 30 people above us. With music so loud it was vibrating my ceiling. And the office wasn’t much help. After asking a couple times for the office to request them to turn the music down. Nothing changed. All they could tell me was they had quiet time starting at 10 PM. But it didn’t matter that I had two kids that were asleep before nine. So we just had to deal with it. We didn’t get to try a lot of the amenities they had there. So I didn’t want to give them one star. Hopefully we may try them again at some point and have a better experience.

Lovely place in the woods. Room was very meet and clean! This is the 4th time we have stayed here. Very nice place with lots of family size options!

Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean.

Loved all the different activities to do with our children 14 & 11. The rooms are a little bit dated, but we’re clean and spacious.

We only stayed for one night; but, will certainly hope to go back again for a longer stay. In November, the sun sets early—so, after checking in at 4pm and taking our boat to the marina and making the arrangements to place it in a stall overnight, we were really out of daylight to explore the property. We were thankful there was still time to order food from the restaurant (grill.) Everything that we saw was very clean and inviting. Our villa was a very pleasant place. We had some time to relax on the balcony before going to bed. We planned to be on the lake early in the morning. I appreciate everyone who made our stay enjoyable. We had personal encounters with the front desk staff and those preparing food at the grill. Knowing, there are many people we don’t see, who work hard to make this place desirable and accommodating. Best bed we have slept in in a while and so peaceful!

We booked for a girls family get-away to see the Tyler Rose Festival Parade. We had 4 adult women, a teenager and a 2 year old. We had a blast! We attended a painting class, played in the water park and arcade, had snacks and drinks at the cafe, hung out by the fire, and had family time in the spacious rooms! We loved that it was gated and had a washer/dryer with available soap! It was great to go home with clean laundry! The two year old especially enjoyed the deep jetted tub!

Great place to take the kiddos at a very reasonable price.

There was plenty to do at the property, the activities are endless and very enjoyable! The drivers of the shuttles were knowledgeable about the routes and were very courteous! The property was well maintained! The check-in process was smooth and the staff we all welcoming!

Loved the place and space but the floors were very dirty upon arrival.

Very cute 2 bedroom/2 bath unit for a good price

The front clerk (I think her name was Taylor) actually remembered me from a previous stay. This was so rewarding! The overall visit was great. The only problem we had was we couldn't set on the patio because the furniture was covered with bees. Maintenance was called amd they removed them but them came back within the hour

Nicest people and a family friendly environment of peace and quiet.
