This is my 4th or 5th time staying at this location. The customer service is always great, but this trip they were next level. The desk manager couldn’t find a cart because they were all in use as I was trying to leave, so he personally came and carried my son’s large military bags out to my car because I was alone.

This is the second time we have stayed here for an extended time. We do wish that the handicapped room (where we stayed both times) had a lower bed. It is hard to access if one is handicapped. Additionally, a comfortable chair with arms would also be nice. The safe was locked and no one at the front desk seemed to.know how to access it.

Ok stay, but some of fitness room equipment was broken (the eliptical), and the filtered water jug empty. The tv was extra hard to figure out (compared to the Fairfield Inn we stayed in yesterday) and was missing some of the standard stations (abc). Room was clean, but the shower drain was very slow to empty.

We only stayed for one night but it was a good experience. The hotel is Clean , our room was comfortable and clean , good rate and only 15 min from Historic Annapolis. There is a Whole Foods next door which is so convenient! Their breakfast was very good and there is always coffee, tea and fruit available to guests .
The hotel hallways looked bad but it looked like the are being renovated .

This Holiday Inn was low quality. The baseboards outside the room was missing. The room had a horrible smell of mildew and there were stains on the carpet. The bed was placed so close to the cooling system I had to walk sideways to get in and out of the bed.
I feel I was beat out of money. I paid over $300.00 for a one night stay. It should have been free of charge.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was limited parking due to large trucks parked in an already small parking lot. The hotel sits on an awkward corner off the street. There is a cemetry directly behind the hotel. The room and bathroom were very small with a king sized bed. My keys did not work to get in room upon my return in the evening. There was a small removeable ramp laid over 3-4 steps to get to my room. These things decreased my satisfation because it was below the standards I have seen in similar hotels.

The room needed a little refurbishing. The electrical plugs on the wall with the tv & desk didn't work. Had to relocate the coffee maker by the bed to use that electrical outlet. The walls were marked up with gouges in the drywall. The shower tile needs some TLC. Dirty. Wallpaper coming off walls. Peeling. Bed was comfortable & nice pillows. No guide to figure out tv & dish remotes. Couldn't grt Dish Sat tv to work. No writing pens in room.
