Monte was the best

The hotel charged twice the amount for the pet fee and someone from the hotel ordered an Instacart delivery on our card. Looking into these issues now with the bank and local authorities.

The place needs some remodeling. Find a better alternative. Staff were helpful.

The room needs a serious makeover. The carpet had 5 stains. The bump trim in the entry was busted up. The water pressure was poor. The shower head was broken, and the tub faucet handle needed tightened. There was a pile of dirt in the floor of the tub/floor corner 1/2 inch high. The lotion dispenser was torn off the wall, and sitting on the vanity. There was only a soap bar. The remote (2 times) had to be replaced. The 2 towels were supposed to be clean , but had stains on them. The breakfast and service were good.

Shower head leaked and squeaked and dirty spots on couch cushions

My husband booked this room having read no reviews. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean. I was really surprised to find the room so dirty. The carpet is disgusting/stained which is bad enough but it had also obviously not been vacuumed. The ceiling had water damage and the plaster was falling off. The beds were clean though. The breakfast area was clean and everything thing looked good but I was to skeeved out to get anything but coffee.

Check in person was within earshot but didn’t come out until we actually rang the bell once we noticed it was there. Room is large but not in great shape. No Kleenex in the box and no paper towels on the roll.

Staff unattentive to customers. Mattress overly stiff. Several maintenance issues - bathroom light out, multiple stains on carpet and chair, flat pillows, lamp missing switch, elevator malfunctioning. Primary breakfast items unavailable. We will not stay here again.

Its hard to be negative because past stays have been good but this stay wasnt the best or maybe the room came up short condition wise. It does change my mind where i will stay next time.

This hotel is gross! Extremely dirty, not just the rooms but even the hallways and elevator. They originally checked me into a room that stunk and was very dirty. The bed had been made so the cleaners had been in there and this was acceptable to them. When I asked to be moved I was given a different room that smelt musty and damp. Upon further inspection I found a wall that had been soaked through and left unrepaired and moldy. The third room I was given was still dirty but not as bad. Stay elsewhere if at all possible!!

The staff was ok when we came helpful but the lobby was a bit noisy white kid running around i don't believe they are guest and we have no chair to sit on it while waiting for staff to assist other costumer/2 chairs but theresome clothes and bags on it/Number 1 big issue was the brcakfast suppoesed to be from 6;30 until 9:30 when we got there its only 8:15 am there is no more brfakfast ledt the young lady made a comment that they don't have very maby breakfast even coffee cups there's only 3 cups/2 warmer i guess for eggs and sausage but only 3 sausage left eggs are empty some guest was a bit disappointed because no one was there at counter to help to find some coffee cups or put some hot breakfast..disappointed

I found bed bugs and was refused a refund
