Holiday Inn Express & Suites BERKELEY, an IHG Hotel

Internet was not working for 24h, so I missed 2 important Zoom calls - due to the hotel installation (ie not a neighborhood outage) In the evening, when we came back to the hotel, the room was not made: we mentioned it to the reception this (Sunday) morning they said we needed to remove the sign “don’t disturb” by 8am in the (Saturday) morning, but it was not indicated anywhere, and the reception was very rude this morning, and clearly did not care. Very bad and we will certainly not come back, and will tell our friends.

Clean, safe, comfortable. Holiday Inn Express is becoming my go-to for affordable quick overnight stays.

They are in the process of upgrading aome of the rooms and there was construction noise all around us for about an hour which delayed some business that we were doing. We asked for a slightly later check out andnthey were gracious with our request.

Property is in a good location; price was good , hope will stay that way. Would’ve liked to bring our dog but hotel had no dog policy - we respect their policy of course.

Quiet clean property with a spacious room and plenty of on site free parking

Happily surprised. Well maintained, staff super friendly. The parking lot on property has night time patrol. We feel safe. Room has 4 USB charging connections. Also has refrigerator and microwave. When my wife mentioned that we should consider this hotel again next time. It is a very good sign

This Holiday Inn Express is a little dated, however, the staff is exceptional! Breakfast was plenty and the room was clean. Spacious parking lot with security. It's also close to many restaurants.

Wonderful hotel. Clean and well kept. Great coffee and hot breakfast. We will be back.

Easy to get to from the freeway. Clean well maintained rooms. The shower had wonderful water pressure and drainage Lovely full hot breakfast. Great coffee!

Convenient to all things Berkeley and the freeway. Best Holiday Inn Express breakfasts and they kept going longer than usual because of New Years Day. Much appreciated
