The breakfast was great!

The staff was very friendly, the room was perfectly clean, and the property felt safe.

New and clean. Very comfortable but the neighborhood seemed a bit industrial.

I’ve stayed here several times for work and have always been happy with the room. The breakfast buffet isn’t great but free breakfast is always appreciated. I am most disappointed that they’ve started charging for parking. This is a rural town with plenty of parking lot space so I can’t help feeling nickel and dimed to pay for parking. The fee isn’t high but it feels like a blatant money grab. The Fairfield hotel across the street has better breakfast and free parking… just saying.

Nice property with helpful staff. $5.00 per night parking fee wasn’t much but seems ridiculous for a small town.

Staff did a great job. It was very quiet and convenient. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is brand new & in excellent shape. The rooms were large, clean & comfortable. The only issue was that they charge for parking & yet its not noted anywhere. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetiic & accomodating.

Holiday Inn is always great! The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly. When we ordered pizza and ate in the lobby, he brought us paper plates and hot sauce all on his own. I experience this kindness at all Holiday Inns.

Our bathroom door was very squeaky. Room 414. Got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and woke my family up. Please put some WD40 on that door Thank you.

Stay was excellent. Our 2nd time at this hotel.

Everything very clean and up to date. Staff very nice and good hot breakfast with many choices . Only suggestion is sofa bed needs a better mattress. My kids who slept in it complained of achy backs today.

I booked option book now pay later at property. I was about 2 hours out of town heading to my destination and I get an alert that I was charged. I checked my account and see that I was charged half the cost of my stay. Which was only 2 nights. I called the concierge and she didn’t know what happened and called it a “glitch” so I asked what time is check in and she said 4 PM. This is Hollister CA and they are not allowing checking in until 4? That’s ridiculous. But whatever. I get there and check in at around 4 and the rest of the bill was charged. So my full 2 nights and deposit were charged. Next morning I wake up and I get charged again for another nights which was 178. So by this time I’m already charged a total 534 and that’s not including the holding deposit. I call the front desk and front desk said they will have the manager call me when they go in which was in 10 min. This is at 8 in the morning. I finally get ready and go to the front desk to talk to front desk and the girl says she’s the manager. I was annoyed and said I’ve been waiting for you to contact me about the issue with my bill. She said “oh yeah, we were just looking at that “ which was 3 hours later. So I’m annoyed and asked what are they going to do about this because they charged me twice without my permission. She said the refund will take 7-14 business days. I just stared at her with an obvious look that showed I was not satisfied. Her customer service was horrible. I won’t be staying here anymore.

Very satisfied with everything overall. They clean my room right away and left very clean and neat. The breakfast was very good! Happy with the service.

Very clean, quiet, and modern hotel. It’s adjacent to downtown Hollister where there are bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

It was great. The room was beautiful and inviting and the bed was comfortable. Also the complimentary breakfast was good as well.

The hotel was very well maintained, clean and comfy rooms and excellent breakfast! The indoor pool was a great treat for my kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay!
