I have stayed at numerous other Holiday Inn and Suites and had no issues with presenting a tax exempt certificate upon checkout and payment, but this property would not allow it and refused to take off the tax. I also booked rooms for our sports team and they charged me extra guest fees for having 4 people in a two queen bed room. I stayed in 2 other Holiday Inn and Suites with our team and booked the exact same thing and was not charged extra fees at either one.

Pool was cold and also cloudy as they don't know how to clean it or keep it clean. I would definitely not be staying here again. Also loud with other guest in the pool area.

Room had something burned in it and stuffed in the refrigerator previously, could still smell it. Left my glade plug in because it stunk so bad. Centipedes crawling around jacuzzi, room didn’t even look like it had been swept before my stay. Cable didn’t work the entire time I stayed there so had nothing to watch. I’ve stayed here at least 15 times, and I genuinely used to love staying at this hotel. But this stay was the absolute worst and i highly doubt I’ll ever return , especially for how much I paid .

The hotel and employees were good. The only negative were both beds were very squeaky so they made noise every time we turned over. The breakfast was good, although we would have loved a gluten free bread, cereal, or muffin option.

Overall a convenient and nice hotel.
We never did get into the pool because it was too busy with kids. The breakfast was pretty good, but was not stocked well toward the end of the time period. The AC lacked a continuous fan setting which would have been better for sleeping. Staff was nice.
